- Tablet, 1.5 and 4 mg — $149. The 4 mg price rises to $199 after 31 August 2026.
- Tablet, 9 and 25 mg — $299. These are the maintenance doses.
- Pen, new-patient intro — $199 for the first two fills, to 31 December 2026, then $349.
- Pen, 0.25–2.4 mg — $349. Higher-dose 7.2 mg pen — $399.
- With commercial cover, the savings offer reaches as little as $25, capped at $100 a month in savings.
